I’m having trouble with the payment. It just doesn’t seem to go through.

Fenom had a little hiccup with the hat they showed in the wrong stock image.

I reached out after thinking I’d receive a different hat or product in the mail.

Shipping was a bit steep at 35 euros for international delivery, but FENOM took care of all the costs for both the item and shipping.

They were super quick to respond to my question and fixed the website in just a few hours, if not quicker.

I’m really grateful for the help and support from the customer service crew, so big shout outs to them.

I totally recommend this site. I got myself a pair of sneakers and I'm super happy with them. The delivery was super quick and the package was nicely wrapped. I even shot them a message and got a reply in just a minute.

You can always count on them, which is really crucial when you're buying stuff online. Their customer service is top-notch!

I ordered a pair of shoes, but there was a hiccup in the system, so things didn’t go smoothly. A few minutes after reaching out to customer service, they sorted it out, and four days later, my order showed up :)

I got a jacket for my daughter as a Christmas present (costing $250), but it turned out to be WAY too big! I needed a different size, but Fenom stuck to their 15-day return rule, even though many other companies usually extend their policies during the holiday season. I can't recommend ordering anything from them for gifts since their strict return policy doesn't allow enough time. It's such a bummer because she was really looking forward to this present. :(

This order was received in the USA on mid-November 2020. Unfortunately, we can't accept any return more than 50 days after a customer receives it. We have a 15-day return policy we can adjust from time to time, but 50 days is definitely impossible.

The order was delivered on November 20th, 2020, which is 48 days, not 50. So, by your own words, you would have made an exception since it was "under 50 days." That doesn't really add up based on your response. Plus, a Christmas gift shipped from France to the USA would obviously need to be ordered well in advance due to the increased shipping times this time of year. So even if I had ordered in December, it would still be over your 15 days and might not arrive in time for Christmas.

Shipping was incredibly quick to Belgium! I placed my order on Friday and received my shoes by Monday! I’d totally purchase again 😊👍🏼
